Buffet :  $39 to $65 per person, choose up to 4 items ($375.00. min fee)
Chef Brings- Serving Table, Chaffing Trays, Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Water, Servers
Add $12. per extra item- per person

Menu Choices: Pick Four- Entree- Starch- Veggie, Salad
Entree: Tri Tip, Chicken,  Pork Tenderloin, ($39) Salmon ($45 pp), Pork Ribs, Beef Short Ribs ($45pp), Fillet Mignon ( $65 per person)
Starch:  Mash Potatoes, Roasted Red Potatoes, Rice, Pasta, Mac & Cheese
Veggies:  Mixed Veggies, Asparagus, Carrots, Broccoli, Green Beans, Corn 
Salad: Mixed Green Salad, Spinach Salad, Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad

Cooking Classes: $175.00 For 1 or 2 people. 3 to 7 people $35 per person 7 to 25 people $25 per person
Classes are instructional and teach all Restaurants techniques and tricks. Classes are not intended to feed everyone.
