Menu Choices: Pick Four- Entree- Starch- Veggie, Salad
Entree: Tri Tip, Chicken, Pork Tenderloin, Pork Ribs($39) Salmon ($35 pp), Beef Short Ribs ($45pp), Fillet Mignon ( $65 per person)
Starch: Mash Potatoes, Roasted Red Potatoes, Rice, Pasta, Mac & Cheese
Veggies: Mixed Veggies, Asparagus, Carrots, Broccoli, Green Beans, Corn
Salad: Mixed Green Salad, Spinach Salad, Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad
Cooking Classes: Mim Charge. $175.00 1 to 7 people $35 per person 7 to 25 people $25 per person
plus Food cost.
Classes are instructional and teach all Restaurants techniques and tricks. Classes are not intended to feed everyone.
