Buffet :  $32 to $54 per person, choose up to 4 items ($375.00. min fee)
Chef Brings- Serving Table, Chaffing Trays, Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Water, Servers
Add $12. per extra item- per person. Entree or Main is charged on how many people, not split, Example; If you have 20 people and 10 want Salmon and 10 want Fillet. its' charged 20 salmon and 20 Fillet. The 5th or more items are just the Starch, Veggie and Salad:
Example order: 20 Salmon, 20 Veggie, 20 salad and 20 mash potato and 20 Pasta. The Pasta is charge $12 per person because it is the 5th item. The Main is not charged $12 as a 5th item but at the Reg price

Menu Choices: Pick Four- Entree- Starch- Veggie, Salad
Entree: Tri Tip, Chicken,  Pork Tenderloin, Pork Ribs($32pp) Salmon ($39 pp), Beef Short Ribs ($44pp), Fillet Mignon ( $54 per person)
Starch:  Mash Potatoes, Roasted Red Potatoes, Rice, Pasta, Mac & Cheese
Veggies:  Mixed Veggies, Asparagus, Carrots, Broccoli, Green Beans, Corn 
Salad: Mixed Green Salad, Spinach Salad, Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad


Cooking Classes: Mim Charge. $175.00  1 to 7 people $35 per person 7 to 25 people $25 per person
plus Food cost.
Classes are instructional and teach all Restaurants techniques and tricks. Classes are not intended to feed everyone.
